Test Takers access a personalized homepage that has information about your program and their individual assessments, progress and results. This customized webpage is the central location for performing assessment related tasks as well as accessing program information and support.

With Webassessor, you can also assign Test Takers and Administrators to specific regions allowing you to tailor and deliver product offerings, branding and messages based on unique regions.

Webassessor Test Taker Module Configuration

KRYTERION provides clients with a Webassessor Project Definition Document (PDD) during the implementation of your project. This document will act as a guide for our implementation team to customize the Webassessor interface to your specifications. During implementation we will also customize all system-generated emails and any custom demographic information you’d like to collect from your Test Takers. This supports your communication style and provides the specific information your program and Test Takers need.

Your organization's logos, colors and style will be used to give your Test Taker webpages a look and feel consistent with your organizations website. Your Test Taker webpages are customized to provide them with information about your organization, the testing process, assessment details, available study materials, contact information and anything else that you would like to communicate to them.

All data collected and transferred in the Test Taker module is protected with 128-bit encryption, offering strong protection for your sensitive Test Taker data.

Based on your requirements, Test Takers can complete the following tasks from their testing homepage:

• Manage Registered Assessments
  Your Test Takers view and manage their assessments they are currently registered to complete. Your Test Takers are able to launch unproctored tests directly from their own branded homepage.
• View their Transcript
  Your Test Takers can view and print formatted results of the assessments they have completed. You have the option of customizing the information displayed in your Test Taker’s transcript.
• Register for Assessments
  Your Test Takers are able to register for assessments from their Test Taker homepage. This self-service registration and scheduling of proctored and unproctored assessments simplifies your Program Administration tasks. Real-time updating of your Assessment Catalog ensures that you are in complete control of your testing program.

Additional registration functionality that allows you to effectively manage your program includes:

• Re-take, eligibility or availability rules you establish will be enforced during the registration process and Test Takers will only be able to register for those assessments that you want to be available to them.
• Real-time updating of your Assessment Catalog ensures that you are in complete control of your testing program.
• Both an Administrator and Test Taker can select to have a schedule of their upcoming assessments emailed to their email account on file.
