Every time an item is changed and saved, the author, time and date are saved. In addition, the portion of the item that was changed, either the stem or an option, is saved in both the before and the after stage.
This provides a complete audit trail of all the changes that are made throughout the approval process and when the items are added to the test. Even after a test is launched, any changes made to an item will be recorded.
