You can run reports that show how many test takers have registered and taken your Paper and pencil tests. You can also gather the results of paper and pencil and computer based tests and aggregate them to allow item analysis across all tests delivered.

Not all vendors offer paper and pencil testing or require you to manage them in a completely separate system which adds cost and complexity to a process that really doesn't have to be complicated given the technology available today.
