William Dorman is the CEO and Chairman of the Board for Kryterion Incorporated. Dorman was instrumental in founding Kryterion in 2000 and was appointed CEO of Kryterion in early 2010.

Dorman has an extensive background in computerized examination delivery. He was previously CEO of Drake Prometric, a computerized testing company (1992-1995). Drake Prometric was sold in 1996 to Sylvan Learning Systems Inc. in a multi-million dollar exchange as reported by the New York Times

Dorman has headed several Drake International operations on four continents in multiple countries. With a deep understanding of worldwide business cultures, he combines a professional education and extensive business management experience. Dorman holds both law and finance degrees and an MBA. He is originally from the United Kingdom and has lived all over the world including: The UK , Monaco , the Middle East, Los Angeles, New York and Phoenix.

Dorman is now based in Phoenix, Arizona, where he works from the Kryterion corporate headquarters , and travels frequently to the United Kingdom.
