Leslie Thomas has worked in the testing industry for more than 12 years and has helped develop and manage testing programs of varying sizes. Prior to joining Kryterion, she worked at a number of testing companies including Brainbench, a provider of IT certifications, as the Chief Psychometric Officer and ACT (formerly known as American College Testing), as a research scientist where she consulted on issues related to test development, legal defensibility and psychometrics. In addition, she started her own successful consulting business and provided services to clients such as the U.S. Army, Microsoft, and Lehman Brothers.

As Director of Psychometric Services, Leslie works with the Sales team to propose psychometric solutions to clients and then oversees the implementation of those outsourced services through multiple vendors.

Leslie has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech. She has presented at numerous conferences including ATP, NCME, AERA, and CLEAR.
