John Dight has more than twenty years experience in sales, training, marketing and general management. Originally from Cambridge, UK, John headed up the training and sales promotions departments for Chrysler/Jeep before becoming General Manager of a large Land Rover dealership where he implemented new award winning technologies.
John moved to the U.S. in 1999. Since then, he has been focused on Online training, Web conferencing and the latest in Web-based technologies. John has worked internationally for small start-up companies and large corporations and has successfully implemented the necessary training, infrastructure and processes to support their growth.
Joining Kryterion in 2004, John has been instrumental in the creation of the sales department. He currently serves as the Senior Director of Sales and is responsible for the activities of the sales team. His industry and technology knowledge helps keep the sales team current on how Webassessor™ can help clients revolutionize the way they do business. Every sales person is thoroughly trained in every aspect of the product and how to help clients solve the complex business challenges they face. John is also the conduit for much of the feedback from clients and is heavily involved with the planning of future releases of Webassessor.
