Jennifer McGlashon has more than 25 years experience in sales, training and program and operations management where she accumulated extensive experience in the coordination and management of highly complex projects. At Kryterion, Jennifer is responsible for the development and management of the Kryterion High-stakes Online Secured Testing (HOST) Network, Kryterion's Web-based Online Proctored (OLP) testing and the Customer Support Service Center.

Jennifer's experience as a national communication coach proves valuable in directing all aspects of the Channel including , the development of the HOST Location Network, Online Proctoring policies, procedures and the day-to-day management of Kryterion’s exceptional Test Taker support.

Prior to joining Kryterion in 2000 (formerly Drake Kryterion), Jennifer was instrumental in the development and fulfillment of high-level and successful projects such as transforming Support Technologies Help Desk 2000 membership organization into an advisory services program, and the sales and support of Arizona Instrument Corporation's products throughout Europe.
